I love all sports where there is competition.

I really like the mentality of Kobe Bryant (DEP). And then in Italy there are some very good ones, in rowing, without a doubt, Agostino Abbagnale.

What is the sporting milestone you remember most?

World Championship in Belgrade a few days ago.

How did you become a fan of your sport?

Thanks to my father.

Who helped you the most to achieve your sports dream?

Without a doubt, my family has always been the one that has supported me to achieve my great goals.

Your greatest achievement?

My best result was winning gold at the 2018 World Rowing Championships.

And your worst failure?

Tokyo 2020, but I learned a lot from that day.

What has the sport taught you for life?

The sport has taught me that with dedication, always having faith and following through to the end, you will never be knocked down.

How would you like fans to remember you?

I would like to become one of the best rowers in history.

What is the biggest challenge in your sport?

The biggest challenge in high-level rowing is to get better one day.

What is the most important aspect of any training?

The greatest skill in training is to make it a competition, not a workout.

Do you have any rituals or hobbies before a competition?

Cap backwards, and from now on, shirtless.

What role has your upbringing played in your sports career?

Training in discipline and a sense of duty has undoubtedly influenced my sports career.

Sport is training for life! In many ways, it helps you in real life.

Get together with young people and always have fun! Make friends, create a group and never give up!
